Before your child‘s admission

You will receive a call from our admission center one or two days before the hospitalization of your child to confirm the date.

If your child gets sick, gets an infection, or comes in contact with sick kids, please call the pediatric surgery outpatient clinic at 03-3815-5411. Your hospitalization might be cancelled to protect your child and other child from infection.

Please DO NOT have your child immunized within one month prior to surgery.

Day of your child‘s admission

Please come to the Pediatric surgery outpatient clinic by 9:15am. There is no need to go to the hospital reception on that day.
Your child will be seen by a pediatrician for an infectious check-up before admission. If it is suspected that your child might have an infection, the hospitalization might be cancelled.
After the check-up, please continue with the admission process at the Admission center on the first floor, and then go up to the surgical ward on the second floor.

During admission

Please put the name band on the wrist of your child for identification.

We will check vitals at 7am, 2pm, and 7pm.

Meals will be provided for your child at 8am, 12pm, and 6pm. Meals can be enjoyed in your room or in the dining room. Please feel free to utilize our common oven, toaster, and tea server.

Showers are available from 6pm to 9pm.

A laundry room is available from 6pm to 9pm.

Our playroom is available from 9am to 8pm. Please keep an eye on your child while your child is in the play room. To prevent the spread of germs, please DO NOT bring toys back to your room.

Visiting hours are from 7am to 8pm.

Visitors will go to General reception on the first floor to receive a visitor badge, then go up to our inpatient wards. Please return the badge to the reception when your visit is done.

We provide 24-hour nursing care. However, if you want to stay, or if you are asked to stay, you may rent both a bed and a FUTON for 400 JPN, and you can also request a lunch box delivery to your room (ex 31890).

You are required to sterilize your hands before and after entering the patient's room.

We prohibit visitors under 12 years old or visitors who are sick.
